I was in the gym the other day and spotted this sign, my first thought was great marketing, but it then got me thinking about two things.

Firstly, if coffee can have a positive effect on exercise then it can definitely help you before you focus on that important task you are about to tackle, or meeting you are about to attend.

Secondly, what if you have lots of important tasks or meetings, can you just drink coffee all day? How much is too much coffee? So, I decided to do some research and write up my findings in a blog which you can read by clicking the link below.
