Exceptional growth within the business has generated the need for three additional people to join the Jepson Holt family. We are looking for:


1) Research Assistant. A bright detail orientated individual to join our exceptional research team. In this role you will learn about the collation, management and analysis of large data sets; you will learn about the legal market in great detail and will be able to advance to take responsibility for supporting multiple executive search processes. Our research team is the engine room of the business and is highly valued by us and our clients. 


2) A junior legal recruiter. You will ideally have gained some sales experience and be confident interacting with people at all levels of seniority. You will be able to assimilate large amounts of information and communicate this accurately to our consultants, clients and candidates. Accuracy and honesty are vital in this position – we do not over promise and under deliver! You will be a crucial part in the career development of solicitors and the growth of our client business. We invest in our people and you will be taught how to manage and fill a wide range of roles in the legal sector and will be entitled to join our exceptional bonus scheme. 


3) An experienced legal recruiter. Jepson Holt are an executive search business; if you have been successful in contingent legal recruitment but frustrated by the lack of meaningful access to clients or opportunity to work on more strategic hiring processes in tandem with your clients and would like to upskill to deal with partner and team lateral moves this is the role for you. Our directors have decades of senior search experience and are willing and able to support your transition into search.
