I love this article it is so true that something as simple as Yoga can change your working life completely. Since starting my new job 4 months ago I have been lucky enough to have an hour of office yoga a week.
In just a few short months I have noticed a difference in my body and my mind. I am firstly a lot more flexible, but mostly I have better focus and concentration and have more energy to get me through a long working day. The main thing though is how much it improves the office relationships and morale. We don't have to take it seriously, we have a laugh and most of all we have fun!
