It's not the first time video games have been used as part of a selection or training process. The American Army developed a game that allowed potential recruits to virtually explore the US Army and determine if their abilities and interests matched the Army's needs.

Who knows, in a couple of years this may evolve into a virtually reality experience where candidates will experience first hand what it’s like to be in court and the problems they may face in their future careers.
