The most recent American Bar Association Legal Technology Survey Report shows that more lawyers than ever are interacting online.

However, only a quarter of US lawyers received instructions/retained clients through their social media use.  

In comparison, our report 'The Law Says Tweet' (http://www.byfieldconsultancy.com/wp-content/uploads/The-Law-Says-Tweet-Byfield-Consultancy1.pdf) which analysed how the UK Top 200 law firms use social media, almost half had received direct instructions via social media. 

Does this mean UK firms are ahead of their US counterparts when it comes to social media engagement?
